SWC Showcase at Aye Write
The SWC’s famous ‘Speakeasy’ comes to Aye Write: the best of brand new writing from up-and-coming poets and authors, among the SWC’s membership. Two or three times a year, the SWC takes submissions from a wide range of writers and gives them the opportunity to perform their work in front of a live audience.
An evening of recitals from aspiring writers. Reading one’s own work is a vital experience, as a means to gain feedback and cultivate a distinct voice. Everyone is welcome, members and non-members alike; come along and experience new literature in action.
