Scottish Writers’ Centre Call for Submissions

The Scottish Writers’ Centre is very excited to announce that we are now accepting creative writing submissions from our members to be featured on our blog. Our new regular feature will provide a weekly showcase for our talented members, and we are very much looking forward to reading your wonderful poetry and prose.

We are currently accepting poetry of up to 70 lines and prose of up to 1500 words. Three entries per member is permitted. Submissions must be emailed to, and should be submitted as a double-spaced Word document. Please include a title sheet with your name, word or line count, and a 100-word bio. All work must be previously unpublished. We regret that we currently cannot provide feedback for submissions.

At present, we are only accepting submissions from Scottish Writers’ Centre members. If you would like to become a member of the Scottish Writers’ Centre, please contact for further information.
